Join our organisation

If you're passionate about one-planet living, consider joining our team and helping us to grow an organisation capable of creating a thriving network of land-based communities.

We need community weavers, artists, project managers, events organisers, media and communications specialists, natural builders, growers, directors, landscape designers, administrative support, and much more.

Partner with us

Our vision for land-based community living has a lot of potential to benefit from and also to amplify other projects seeking to foster ecological and human flourishing, both here in the UK and further afield.

Right now, we're particularly keen to join forces with those with land they'd like to use to support land-based projects, but we’re also excited to explore a wide range of creative, educational, and wellness partnerships.

Support our enterprise initiatives

Developing a range of successful enterprise initiatives will be a big part of bringing our full vision to life.

We're in the process of launching WyldRooms, a natural building business, and we'll soon be hiring experienced natural builders to work on builds and inviting volunteers to be part of our building teams. If you'd like to apply for paid or volunteer roles, please get in touch.

We're also very keen to start conversations with land-owners and investors who might like to work with us to create one-planet retreat-centres—beautiful, inspirational, and profitable eco-tourism sites built on permaculture design principles, with WyldRoom sleeping pods set amidst food forests, natural swimming ponds, and re-wilding zones.

Attend an event

Our in-person events will be opportunities to come together on the land, nurture our tribe, and grow our competencies. By working, playing, learning and dreaming together in circle, we can make the connections, develop the skills, and weave the mycelium of togetherness that will carry us forward into land-based community.

Share our vision

One of the easiest and most powerful ways to get involved is simply to share our vision with others who might resonate with it. We believe there are tens of thousands of people here in the UK longing to live in land-based communities. The more of these folks who know that our collective exists and is working to make land-based community living a viable pathway, the stronger our impact can become.
